Koehler Renewable Energy UK takes a look at the supported projects
Since its commissioning in 2017, Edintore Wind Farm has paid £70,500 on an annual basis into a non-profit fund. The fund is administered by the Rural Environmental Action Project, a local environmental and sustainable development charity based in Keith, Scotland. Their aim is to help create a future where everyone can afford to heat their homes, eat well and protect their environment now and for the future.
The Koehler Renewable Energy UK team visited a number of local organizations in March who have benefited from the previous grant receipts. These included a first aid ambulance, sports clubs, youth projects, and charities that distribute food to those in need.
